GENERAL DESCRIPTION Reporting to the CMMS Project Lead, CMMS System Adoption Engineer will be responsible for maximizing the effective use of the CMMS across all operational offshore wind projects. This role ensures that the system is consistently and correctly used, that maintenance processes are standardized, and that users are properly trained and supported. The position acts as the bridge between operational teams and the CMMS Development function, driving change management, user engagement, and continuous improvement of system utilization. Key Functions and Responsibilities 1. CMMS Adoption & User Engagement • Drive increased and consistent use of the CMMS across operating projects., • Act as the main point of contact for CMMS users (site teams, planners, supervisors, engineers)., • Provide day-to-day functional guidance on correct system usage., • Promote best practices in work order management, planning, reporting, and data entry. 2. Standardization & Process Governance • Ensure standardized CMMS usage across all projects and sites., • Define and maintain CMMS usage guidelines, procedures, and governance rules., • Align system use with company O&M processes and asset management standards., • Monitor compliance with defined CMMS workflows and maintenance processes. 3. Change Management & Communication • Lead change management initiatives related to new CMMS functionalities and updates., • Communicate system developments, releases, and improvements to all users., • Ensure operational readiness before new releases are deployed., • Support rollout of new modules, workflows, or process changes. 4. Training & Capability Development • Develop and deliver CMMS training materials and user guides. Conduct training sessions (remote and on-site)., • Identify knowledge gaps and define targeted training actions., • Support onboarding of new personnel regarding CMMS usage. 5. Feedback & Continuous Improvement • Collect structured feedback from operational super users., • Translate operational feedback into improvement proposals., • Transfer consolidated feedback and improvement needs to the CMMS Development Supervisor. 6. Performance Monitoring • Track system usage KPIs (work order closure quality, backlog accuracy, data completeness, etc.)., • Identify deviations from expected CMMS usage standards., • Propose corrective actions to improve compliance and effectiveness Academic background and Professional Experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar), Information Systems, or related field. Experience • 5+ years of experience in maintenance operations, planning, or CMMS administration., • Experience in asset-intensive industries (renewables, utilities, oil & gas, heavy industry)., • Proven exposure to change management and user engagement., • Experience working in multi-site or offshore environments is highly desirable. Technical Competencies • Strong practical knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems., • Understanding of maintenance planning and execution workflows., • Familiarity with maintenance KPIs and asset management principles., • Experience developing training materials and conducting workshops. Soft Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • High stakeholder engagement capability., • Ability to influence operational teams without direct authority., • Structured and process-oriented mindset., • Proactive and solution-driven approach., • Strong facilitation and training skills. Languages • The company has an international team of employees, and the working language is English. Candidates need to be fluent in English both spoken and written.
