We design and manufacture next-generation surgical robotic systems and disposable medical devices that support minimally invasive surgery. 🔧 Your mission As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for the assembly and quality testing of disposable devices in prototype and pilot production stages. Your work will ensure that every component meets the highest standards required in a regulated medical device and surgical robotics environment. 🛠️ Your main responsibilities • Carry out mechanical assembly and quality testing of single-use medical devices in prototype stage, • Follow Quality Management System procedures for production activities (assembly instructions, in-process controls, final inspections, etc.), • Maintain up-to-date identification, inspection and test status of devices in the pilot production line, • Complete manufacturing and testing documentation with accurate data and evidence, • Ensure order, cleanliness and organization in the workplace, • Comply with all Quality Management System requirements in a regulated medical device environment 🎓 What are we looking for? • CFGM / FPI (Intermediate Vocational Training in technical or industrial fields), • 3–5 years of experience in electronic/electrical assembly and/or small precision assembly, • Experience in the surgical robotics and medical devices sector, • Experience working with small components and/or plastic assembly processes, • High attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset, • Ability to follow structured assembly instructions and procedures 💡 We are looking for someone who is… • Highly detail-oriented and quality-focused, • Comfortable working in a structured production environment, • Hands-on and precise in manual assembly tasks, • Proactive and reliable in following procedures, • Strong team player in a manufacturing environment 🧠 Skills required • Teamwork and collaboration skills, • Strong attention to detail, • Manual dexterity and good visual accuracy, • Ability to follow assembly instructions precisely, • Proactive attitude and responsibility in production tasks 🚀 What do we offer? • Full-time permanent contract, • Competitive salary aligned with experience, • Flexible working hours, • High-quality manufacturing environment in the medical device sector, • Stable role within a growing and innovative healthtech organization
