About the Role At EBRO, we are looking for a Validation Engineer. As a Vehicle Performance & Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for validating the different vehicle performances as Vehicle Dynamics, NVH & Comfort, Passive Safety, Active safety, Durability, Powertrain and emissions together with its regulatory compliance across various development stages. This role involves defining and managing test plans, executing or witnessing vehicle testing, and analysing results, support and validate the development of solutions for the issues found and working closely with design and engineering teams to ensure the vehicle meets all performance targets and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute vehicle validation plans for Vehicle Dynamics, NVH & Comfort, Passive Safety, Active safety, Durability, Powertrain and emissions or any other vehicle performances., • Conduct or manage outdoors, proving ground and lab-based testing (e.g. road tests, climatic chamber tests, …)., • Coordinate and carry out vehicle tests using data acquisition systems and sensors. § Analyze vehicle performance data and provide clear feedback and recommendations to design and development teams., • Contribute to the definition of vehicle-level targets and KPIs (ride comfort, acceleration, top speed, fuel/energy efficiency, etc.)., • Collaborate with system and component engineering teams (e.g., chassis, powertrain, ADAS, HVAC) to resolve issues and optimize vehicle attributes., • Prepare test reports, technical documentation, and validation status updates for internal reviews., • Support homologation and certification activities where applicable., • Ensure validation activities comply with safety and quality standards. Requirements • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline., • More than 3 years as automotive engineer., • Knowledge of Testing tools (e.g., CANape, Diagnostics, CANoe, Dataloggers) is a plus., • Driving license and experience with vehicle testing & instrumentation., • Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude., • Ability to create well‑structured, business‑focused presentations., • Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross‑functionally., • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
