Specialist, Track Advertising. Partnership Management – MotoGP Overview MotoGP seeks a highly organized Track Advertising Specialist to manage, coordinate and elevate the delivery of world-class advertising assets across the global MotoGP calendar. This role will be central to tracking trackside inventory, supervising creative design processes, planning virtual advertising requirements, and coordinating with TV production teams, circuits and external agencies to ensure every partner receives premium, accurate and brand-safe visibility at each Grand Prix. Key Responsibilities • Track and manage all MotoGP track advertising inventory across the season, ensuring accurate allocation, availability, partner usage and race-by-race delivery status., • Supervise the design and production of advertising creative assets, coordinating brand guidelines, technical specifications, circuit requirements and final approvals with partners and agencies., • Plan and coordinate virtual advertising assets with TV production teams, ensuring correct placement, timing, compliance and broadcast-quality execution across international feeds., • Act as the day-to-day operational link between Partnership Management, TV production, circuits, suppliers and external creative agencies to deliver seamless advertising implementation at every Grand Prix., • Maintain detailed records, delivery trackers and post-event reports to monitor partner exposure, identify issues and support continuous improvement of MotoGP advertising assets. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship operations, broadcast production, event advertising, agency coordination or rights-holder environments., • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage complex inventory trackers, production timelines, approval processes and multiple stakeholders across an international event calendar., • Good understanding of creative production workflows, brand guideline implementation and advertising asset delivery for physical, digital and virtual environments., • Experience working with TV production, broadcast graphics or virtual advertising workflows is highly valuable., • Excellent attention to detail, clear communication, partner-service mindset and ability to perform under race-weekend deadlines., • Travel required to a substantial number of Grands Prix across the MotoGP calendar.
