Project Manager Assistant – Marbella
We are looking for a proactive, energetic and well-organized Project Manager Assistant to join our team in Marbella.
You will support the Project Manager with daily tasks, communication, scheduling and coordination of different projects and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily project coordination and organization
- Communicate with clients, partners and team members
- Help organize meetings, events and activities
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines
- Prepare basic documents, schedules and reports
- Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, responsible and proactive
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in administration, coordination or project management is a plus
