Administrative & Accounts Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish)


We are an established jewellery business based in Tenerife, looking for a reliable and experienced individual to support our day-to-day administration, accounts, and HR tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support
  • Basic accounting (invoicing, expenses, supplier payments)
  • Coordination with external accountant/gestoría
  • HR administration (contracts, holidays, employee records)
  • Communication with suppliers and partners (English & Spanish)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative/accounts role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
