Administrative & Accounts Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
We are an established jewellery business based in Tenerife, looking for a reliable and experienced individual to support our day-to-day administration, accounts, and HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support
- Basic accounting (invoicing, expenses, supplier payments)
- Coordination with external accountant/gestoría
- HR administration (contracts, holidays, employee records)
- Communication with suppliers and partners (English & Spanish)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative/accounts role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
