We are looking to strengthen our Planning team and are seeking a Production Planning Lead to join us. Key Responsibilities • Ensure the accurate translation of customer demand into the company's production plan, fostering a culture of continuous improvement., • Coordinate the validation of customer orders against contractual requirements, identifying and communicating any deviations., • Manage and distribute the Master Production Plan (MPP), including customer requirements and manufacturing completion status across all programs, providing a comprehensive view of production and deliveries to support decision-making on resources, capacity, and budgets., • Integrate customer demand into the company's ERP system and maintain the finalized production plan for MRP execution., • Proactively identify risks, analyze and escalate potential issues, and define mitigation and action plans to ensure business continuity and delivery performance. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field., • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or similar roles., • Fluent English (written and spoken)., • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel., • Availability to travel. Nice to Have • Experience working in the aerospace or manufacturing industry., • Knowledge of ERP systems and MRP processes., • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
