Self-Storage Facility Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and flexible candidate to join our team at a self-storage facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the facility in an orderly and clean manner, assisting clients with their belongings, providing excellent customer service at the reception, answering phone calls and emails, and interacting with clients in a professional manner. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a formal and attractive tone of voice.
Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and order at the self-storage facility
Assist clients with storing and retrieving their belongings
Provide excellent customer service at the reception
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner
