Mission: As an Office & Management Support, you will be responsible for e nsuring the proper functioning of the company's office. Among his/her responsibilities is the management of maintenance, suppliers, material and other administrative tasks, ensuring the optimal internal functioning of the office. Functions: Office Operations & Protocol Development: Establishing, implementing, and maintaining office procedures and efficiency standards to ensure a high-level professional environment. 2. F acility & Maintenance Oversight: Coordinating cleaning services (Clyma), gardening, and laundry; managing repairs, and ensuring general order in offices, plant, and common areas. Internal Policy Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture through organized internal communications. Events coordination: Organize and co-ordinate employee events, business meetings, executive meetings and management meetings. Including meeting room bookings, catering, supplies, offsite meeting facilities & equipment and hotel accommodation. Visitor & Access Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for guests and subcontractors, managing registrations via Odoo, and overseeing meeting room logistics. Support: Be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Management team. Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain: Managing the full lifecycle of purchase orders (PO), inventory control for office/pantry supplies, and corporate apparel (package distribution, and general mailroom operations). Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Enforcing H&S protocols within the office and factory, and driving workplace improvements to enhance employee safety and comfort. What you´ll need to Succeed: Professional training: BA or Degree in Public relations and advertising/ Psychology / Business Admin. / Law / Labor Rel./ or similar.
