At Illusion, we are looking for an Experience Center Coordinator for our Marbella space. We are seeking an organised individual with a strong aesthetic sensibility and a genuine customer-focused mindset, someone who takes pride in caring for every detail and turning each visit into an experience that reflects the values of our brand. Your mission will be to ensure that the Experience Center consistently reflects the level of care, professionalism and excellence that defines Illusion, delivering an exceptional experience to clients, visitors and partners. What You'll Do • Ensure the day-to-day operation of the Experience Center, maintaining a welcoming, fully functional space aligned with Illusion's standards., • Prepare the Experience Center for client visits, demonstrations and events, ensuring every solution is ready to deliver the best possible experience., • Welcome and guide clients, visitors and partners, presenting the space and its solutions in a warm, professional and personalised way, tailored to each visitor's interests and profile., • Coordinate the daily activities of the Experience Center, managing schedules, meetings, emails, phone calls and other operational needs., • Manage inventories, samples, demonstration equipment and merchandising, ensuring they are well organised and readily available., • Coordinate suppliers, general services and maintenance requirements to ensure the Experience Center operates smoothly at all times., • Support retail sales and coordinate the related operational follow-up., • Collaborate in the organisation of events, presentations and other initiatives designed to enhance the customer experience and strengthen relationships with our partners., • Drive the continuous improvement of the Experience Center by identifying opportunities for optimisation and keeping up to date with the solutions and technologies that form part of our ecosystem. What We're Looking For • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, premium retail, interior design, architecture or environments related to design and luxury brands., • A highly organised and proactive person with a strong customer focus, capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of quality., • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships., • Proficiency with digital tools and the Microsoft 365 environment., • Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently in a professional environment., • A strong appreciation for design, architecture and thoughtfully conceived spaces., • Interest in technology and a willingness to learn about lighting, audio, control and home wellbeing solutions., • Ability to work independently, proactively and with high standards of quality. Nice to Have • Education in Interior Design, Architecture, Design or related disciplines., • Previous experience working in showrooms, premium brands or luxury-related sectors., • Knowledge of, or interest in, design, lighting, furniture or residential technology., • Additional languages.
