As we continue our rapid expansion across Spain, we’re looking for a bilingual Junior Sales Manager to help drive our growth and shape the future of AI in dentistry. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Manage, develop, and grow an assigned customer portfolio., • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with the company’s growth objectives., • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practices, specialists, corporate dental groups, laboratories, and other key stakeholders., • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets., • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers and prospects., • Support customer onboarding and ensure the successful adoption of Diagnocat solutions., • Maintain a well-structured sales pipeline and manage opportunities accurately using HubSpot CRM., • Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence updates., • Work closely with the Country Manager Iberia & Italy to execute strategic growth initiatives., • Represent Diagnocat at exhibitions, conferences, study clubs, and industry events to generate new business opportunities and strengthen brand awareness., • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and developments in digital dentistry, AI technologies, and digital workflows., • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED • Fluent in Spanish and English, with confidence using both languages daily in calls, meetings, emails, and training sessions., • Proven experience in territory management, business development, or sales within the dental, healthcare, medical device, software, or technology sectors., • Strong relationship-building and account management skills., • A track record of generating new business and consistently achieving sales targets., • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills., • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives working independently in a field-based role., • Strong organizational and time-management skills., • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot., • Willingness to travel throughout Spain, Portugal, and Italy, including overnight stays when required.
