Role Overview PDF Butler is looking for an Events Manager (Temporary / Part-Time) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our sponsored events across regions. This role ensures the smooth delivery of all event activities maintaining high execution standards and consistency across all marketing events. You will play a key role in ensuring our event presence runs seamlessly—supporting logistics, coordination, vendors, and internal stakeholders—while helping maximize lead generation opportunities and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Event Coordination & Execution • Manage end-to-end coordination of sponsored events, • Oversee registrations, sponsorship deliverables, exhibitor requirements, deadlines, and execution readiness, • Ensure all event milestones are tracked and delivered on timeTravel & Logistics Management, • Organise flights, hotels, and travel arrangements for event attendees, • Ensure cost-effective and efficient travel planningBooth & Brand Materials, • Coordinate production and delivery of booth assets, merchandise, giveaways, and printed materials, • Ensure brand consistency across all event materialsStakeholder & Vendor Coordination, • Liaise with event organisers, suppliers, venues, and internal teams, • Attend planning calls and manage follow-ups to ensure alignmentBudget Tracking, • Monitor event-related spend including invoices, travel, and merchandise, • Ensure activities remain within approved budgetsPost-Event Support, • Support post-event reporting and feedback collection, • Track learnings and assist in improving future event executionAbout You, • Previous experience in marketing support, events, hospitality, travel coordination, or office operations, • Entry-level, internship, or junior experience is welcome, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, • High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines, • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently, • Fluent in English (written and spoken)What We Offer, • A hands-on role in a fast-paced international marketing environment, • Exposure to global events and cross-functional teams, • Opportunity to contribute directly to brand visibility and lead generation, • Flexible part-time structure (20 hours/week)
