You will work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent service delivery and to support continued market growth. /ppThis position is ideal for a service‑oriented professional with strong bcommunication, organizational, and administrative skills /b , who enjoys working in an international environment. Previous experience in bcustomer service, administration, or logistics /b will be highly valued. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliProcess, monitor, and follow-up customers’ purchasing orders /liliEnsure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customer /liliProvide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies /liliManage invoice creation, corrections, and the return of the material activities /liliReceive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead‑time, products, and availability, through an efficient and friendly communication with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationships /liliCoordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activities /li /ulpbRelevant Experience and Skills: /b /pulliMinimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics /liliWorking knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook /liliKnowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM are an asset /liliNative level of bGerman /b or C2 level.
