Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to high standards (Including Latte Art), • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations., • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner., • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment., • Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays., • A positive attitude and a passion for creating great coffee experiences.

Part time position, mainly mornings 7:30-14:30 and weekends 8:30-14:30 however availability to work additional hours covering staff holidays is essential.Experienced in preparing smoothies, shakes and simple healthy food items is required (no cooking).Must be able to work quickly and efficiently as part of a team providing consistent high quality and excellent customer service. About Us.We are a small team working from a coffee truck alongside F45 Gym near Puerto Banus. We offer specialty coffee, matcha, protein smoothies, acai bowls and healthy protein treats.
