We are seeking a skilled and personable Barman to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong knowledge of beverages, and the ability to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar, and ensuring a memorable guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner; provide recommendations when requested. Follow all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Monitor and manage bar inventory, restock supplies as needed. Collaborate effectively with wait staff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service. Handle customer complaints or concerns with discretion and professionalism. We give our visitors a chance to look at, read about, smell, and taste some of the most interesting, and sometimes intimidating, things this world has to offer. After 6 successful years in Malmö, Sweden, we are now ready to sprout. We will open our second installment in Palma de Mallorca this summer. To help us on this great adventure we are looking for YOU - someone with a curious spark in your eyes, and an ability to balance work and fun, to join us. You will be assigned as a Tasting Bar Guide, answering to one of our Swedish managers.
