Serás responsable de preparar alimentos de alta calidad de acuerdo con las recetas y estándares establecidos, manteniendo la seguridad alimentaria y la higiene en todo momento. Tu creatividad, destreza culinaria y atención a los detalles contribuirán al éxito general de nuestro restaurante. Responsabilidades principales: • Preparar y cocinar alimentos de acuerdo con las recetas y pautas de presentación del restaurante., • Garantizar la calidad y frescura de los ingredientes utilizados en cada plato., • Cumplir con los estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria, incluyendo el manejo adecuado de alimentos, el mantenimiento de una estación de trabajo limpia y el seguimiento de las normas de seguridad., • Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo de cocina para coordinar la producción de alimentos y mantener un flujo eficiente en la cocina.

Buscamos un/a camarero/a para trabajar 25/30 horas a la semana en nuestro restaurante BRISMAR, en el puerto de Andratx Estamos a la búsqueda de una persona con pasión por la gastronomía y coctelería. Pasión por el servicio a la gente, a la hostelería. Un/a camarero/a competente es un miembro vital del equipo de servicio al cliente en un restaurante. Debe tener habilidades tanto técnicas como interpersonales para garantizar una experiencia positiva para los clientes. Responsabilidades Clave: • Atención al Cliente: Ofrecer un servicio amable, cortés y atento, respondiendo a las necesidades de los clientes de manera efectiva., • Conocimiento del Menú: Familiarizado con el menú, capaz de explicar platos y bebidas, proporcionar recomendaciones y tomar pedidos con precisión., • Habilidades Técnicas: Dominio de técnicas de servicio, incluyendo el transporte de platos y bebidas de manera segura, servicio de mesa y manejo de bandejas., • Eficiencia: Ser rápido y eficiente en la toma de pedidos, entrega de alimentos y bebidas, y procesamiento de pagos., • Trabajo en Equipo: Colaborar con el personal de cocina y otros miembros del equipo para garantizar una experiencia sin problemas para los clientes., • Comunicación: Comunicarse de manera efectiva con los clientes y el equipo, estar atento a las necesidades especiales o solicitudes., • Organización: Mantener limpias las mesas, áreas de trabajo y el entorno del restaurante, y realizar tareas de preparación y cierre de turno., • Adaptabilidad: Capaz de trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y ajustarse a cambios en la demanda del servicio., • Cualidades Personales: Actitud positiva y profesional. Empatía y paciencia para tratar con clientes diversos y situaciones desafiantes. Buena presentación y capacidad para mantener la calma bajo presión. Conocimiento de las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. Your day-to-day • Create a warm and welcome to everyone and setting the tone for each guest's experience., • Describe the selection of beverages of any kind and menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods., • Understand and memorize al recipes and descriptions of all our products, spirits, food cocktails and so on., • Set up your bar - stock up on all the supplies you'll need and manage your inventory., • Ensure that beverages are well stocked., • Look after all house made ingredients and preparations, double check quality daily., • Ensure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of the working area., • Be ready to jump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your help., • Work with your restaurant and kitchen colleagues to offer a seamless food service., • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations., • Report and follow up on maintenance and repairs and for the cleanliness of the bar., • Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items. What we need from you • 2+ years' experience working with in hotel/bar as bartender., • Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable., • Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
