We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Bartender to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards.
Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the bar area.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and alcohol service regulations.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Work closely with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
