we are seeking to hire a Full Time Chef for February 2026 for the new season. Offering full time contract over 6 days per week. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, cook, and present food for dinner service., • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen space in line with food safety standards., • Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with ordering., • Ensure food is consistently high-quality, well-presented, and delivered on time., • Monitor portion control, waste, and kitchen costs to support profitability., • Comply with all health and safety regulations and follow best practices. Requirements: • Proven experience as a chef in a café, bistro, or similar kitchen environment., • Confidence in preparing meals across all meal periods., • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards., • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment., • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

We have 1 position available for a cook (M/F) for our kitchen (30 hours). We serve healthy food dishes during breakfast, brunch and lunchtime. Most of our dishes are cold dishes, like yoghurts, smoothie bowls, toasts, egg dishes (poached/scrambled) and salads. Working hours are between 7h30 am and 5 pm, working in shifts of 4 days with colleagues. We are looking for a cook with at least 1 year experience in breakfast, brunch and lunch and who speaks English without any problems. You have to be flexible available that means also in the weekends. Shifts are 7,5 hours daily, 4 days a week. You are good in organisation, communication, multitasking, and you respect the kitchen rules. We are looking for persons who can conform themselves with the real food movement.
