Si quieres un proyecto de larga duración en un sitio histórico con buen ambiente y profesional, contáctanos después de haber revisado y leído la oferta al completo. * · Experiencia como coctelero / bartender o puesto similar en hostelería y/o cadenas de restauración. · Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y presión de alto rendimiento de trabajo. · Intención clara y manifiesta de pertenecer al proyecto en un tiempo de larga duración · Se valorará la capacidad de aprendizaje, la flexibilidad y la polivalencia · Residencia cercana o posesión de vehículo propio. · Imprescindible buen nivel de inglés y se valorarán otros idiomas. · Gran atención al detalle y compromiso · Vestir el uso del uniforme prestado por la empresa en perfectas condiciones de planchado y limpieza. · No aceptamos fumar en horario laboral ni uso del móvil (pertenencia del mismo si, por carácter de cualquier urgencia) Ofrecemos: -Contrato 40h/semanales con 2 días libres -Los turnos de trabajo son rotativos. -La mayoría de los turnos son seguidos y los turnos partidos necesarios se repartirán equitativamente. -Salario mensual bruto entre 1550€ - 1639€ con las 3 pagas extras por convenio prorrateadas. Festivos y nocturnidad aparte. -Ropa de uniforme

Looking for the perfect bar staff to join our team at Goosebumps Garden in Benidorm We’re looking for bar staff to join our small team at Goosebumps Garden, a new cultural space being developed inside a beautiful historical finca in Benidorm. Goosebumps started in London in 2017 as a DIY music project hosting intimate electronic music events in unusual spaces. After years of building a community around sound and culture in the UK, the project is now evolving into a new chapter in Spain. The space we are creating will bring together music, art, community and wellbeing, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of something a little different. This isn’t just a bar job, we’re building a team that helps shape the atmosphere of the place. The Role: You’ll be working behind the bar during events and gatherings, serving drinks and helping create a warm and welcoming environment for guests. The bar menu will focus mainly on simple, well-made drinks, cocktails, beers, wines, non-alcoholic options and cafes, so the role is less about complicated cocktails and more about good energy, attention to detail and hospitality. The Kind of Person We’re Looking For: We’d love to meet people with a young spirit who are: • Friendly and naturally good with people, • Calm and reliable in a busy environment, • Curious about music, culture or creative spaces, • Comfortable working in a team but also proactive, • Organised and respectful of the space they work in, • Someone who enjoys being part of a positive atmosphere rather than just “doing a shift” Experience behind a bar is helpful, but personality and attitude matter more to us than years of experience.
