As part of the Construction and Maintenance team, you will ensure that all our properties and facilities are maintained at the highest standards while contributing to our projects' execution and success. Your role We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate individual to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company. Your Responsibilities: - Administrative Support: Manage documentation, keep records updated, and assist in preparing operational reports. - Operational Execution: Implement plans, monitor progress, and ensure tasks are completed on time. - Customer Interaction: Handle check-ins/outs, provide guest assistance, and share local information. - Team Coordination: Support task distribution, supervise on-site activities, and assist with training new employees. - Communication: Relay guidelines, report incidents, and ensure clear staff coordination. - Logistics: Manage supplies, transport equipment, and support overall site needs. What do you bring to your trip - Degree in Tourism or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Tourism sector. - Native Spanish and professional-level English. - Monday to Friday 9h-18h - Driver's license: A license/125 Motorcycle. - Good level of computer skills. - Willingness to take on challenges in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. - Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box, and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment. - Passionate, proactive, hands-on, dynamic, and energetic. - Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changes. - Confident working in cross-functional teams. - Comfortable in a start-up environment.
