Key Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude, • Present menus and explain Greek dishes, daily specials, and allergens, • Take accurate food and beverage orders, • Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally, • Maintain clean and organised tables and service areas, • Process payments (cash & card), • Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service, • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Requirements: • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred, • Fluent English and Spanish required, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Positive attitude and team-player mentality, • Ability to work under pressure in busy service periods, • Professional appearance, • Flexible availability (evenings and weekends), • Valid right to work in Spain Desirable Skills: • Knowledge of Greek cuisine and Mediterranean wines, • Experience using POS systems, • Understanding of allergen management
