Tasks • Oversee the restaurant’s dining area, ensuring all guests receive impeccable service and a memorable dining experience., • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food, managing any special requests or dietary restrictions with attention to detail., • Manage table allocations and reservations efficiently, optimizing seating to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant capacity., • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings, to provide expert advice to guests and staff., • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with diplomacy and professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves Cascada Marbella with a positive experience., • Participate in inventory management, including the oversight of dining supplies and the suggestion of orders as needed., • Collaborate with the management team to refine service procedures, menu offerings, and special promotions or events. Requirements • Proven experience as a head waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting., • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and refined dining atmosphere., • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills to cater to an international clientele., • Knowledgeable about food and beverage, with the ability to make recommendations and answer questions regarding the menu., • Ability to work under pressure and manage busy dining periods with efficiency and grace.
