Role Overview MG Motor is seeking the Regional IT Service Delivery Manager, responsible for supporting and maintainingthe regional IT infrastructure and workplace environment across Europe, ensuring reliable IT services forbusiness operations and end users .This role works closely with regional business teams, global IT functions and external service providers tomanage infrastructure operations, end-user services, cloud resources, local IT vendors andtelecommunications services across the region . Key Responsibiliti es Support regional IT infrastructure, workplace services across Euro pe.Manage and maintain IT assets including networks, servers, cloud resources, office IT facilities and end-user devices to ensure stable and secure operatio ns.Coordinate with local vendors and service providers for internet connectivity, telecommunications,hardware support, office IT setup and other infrastructure-related servic es.Collaborate with global IT teams to implement corporate IT standards, infrastructure policies andsecurity requirements within the regional environme nt.Support the deployment, maintenance and lifecycle management of workplace technologies,collaboration tools and enterprise IT servic es.Monitor infrastructure performance, system availability and service quality, and proactively identifyoperational risks and improvement opportuniti es.Provide technical support and coordination for infrastructure incidents, service disruptions andoperational escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impa ct.Participate in IT projects, office expansions, system rollouts,database operation and infrastructureupgrades across regional locatio ns.Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, including service coordination, issue follow-up and basic cost and budget contr ol.Ensure IT operations and infrastructure practices comply with company security policies, GDPR andapplicable European regulatory requiremen ts. Qualifications & Experi ence Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or arelated f ield.Experience in IT infrastructure operations, end-user support, workplace services or regional ITadministration within an international business environ ment.Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies, including networks, servers, cloudplatforms (such as AWS or Azure), Microsoft 365 and endpoint manage ment.Familiarity with IT service management processes and operational support in multi-site or regionalenvironm ents.Experience working with local vendors, telecom providers and external IT service part ners.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-pacedenviron ment.Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate acrossmulticultural and cross-functional t eams.Fluent English communication skills; additional European language capabilities are a plus.Knowledge of information security, GDPR and IT compliance standards is prefe rred.
