Dolce Vita, a charming small Italian restaurant, is seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. We are dedicated to bringing authentic Italian flavors, especially from Sicily, to our guests.
As a Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking authentic Italian and Sicilian dishes.
- Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Managing kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Collaborating with the team to create an exceptional dining experience.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong focus on Italian or Sicilian cuisine.
- A deep understanding of traditional Italian cooking techniques, regional specialties, and authentic ingredients.
- A passion for creating delicious and memorable dishes.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
