En Psico Selección estamos buscando un Sous Chef para restaurante de hotel 4 estrellas en Benidorm centro, también con alternancia gestión de bufet. Las tareas principales serian: - Gestión del personal de cocina (alrededor de 15-25 trabajadores en las cocinas). - Ambivalencia entre Bufet y Carta. Enfocado más a carta del hotel. - Innovación de la carta anualmente para adaptarse a estándares de calidad e innovación del hotel con el fin de mejorar la variedad/calidad del servicio. - Gestión del personal de cocina en eventos del hotel (hotel con concurrencia de eventos). - Conocimientos en diferentes tipologías de alimentación según origen: Oriental, Italiano, Mexicana y Mediterránea la más importante. -Gestión de entrevistas / filtro de entrada de personal para gestión de equipos. - Conocimiento en escandallos. - Intención de mejorar la calidad del servicio y optimización de recursos. Otras funciones: - La preparación y gestión de buffet. - La preparación de platos a la carta y la supervisión de que lo realicen correctamente los trabajadores. - Manejo de cuarto frio y caliente. - Mantener el entorno limpio. - Saber manejar cocina completa en hotel. (En llamada se especifica todas las funciones y requerimientos que son más internos) Requisitos - Buscamos una persona con buena capacidad de adaptación e iniciativa que BUSQUE PROYECTO PARA LARGA DURACIÓN. - Mínimo 5 años de experiencia COMO JEFE COCINA. - VIVIR EN BENIDORM O ALREDEDORES. - MUY importante la gestión de equipos y personal (Persona capacitada para jefe) - Imprescindible experiencia en hoteles demostrable. - Valoramos referencias y cartas de presentación. - Iniciativa y saber manejar bufets y carta, presentación y emplatados. cocina completa. Se ofrece - Jornada completa. - 5 días a la semana con 2 días libres. HORARIO ROTATIVO ORIENTATIVO: De 15:00 a 23:00 / 9:00 a 17:00.
