Job Description We are on the lookout for a Senior Specialist, Total Rewards to join the Global Total Rewards team in Barcelona on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. With each initiative you support, you’ll be building a positive culture that fuels innovation, teamwork, and a sense of belonging across our global organization. • Support the development and implementation of the Delivery Hero’s Reward philosophy and strategy, for our brands, • Work closely with people partners, talent acquisition teams and business leaders to align their teams with the regional and global TR strategy., • Drive and communicate the Total Rewards processes within your business area, ensuring agility and data accuracy at every step., • Use systems like Workday to run seamless pay review cycles, ensuring the process is efficient and data-driven., • Provide comprehensive data insights that help leaders make informed decisions about their people., • Ensure the adoption of the global TR strategy across all entities you support, maintaining compliance and consistency., • Work closely with the Legal and Finance teams, as well as with the extended Total Rewards and People global network, • Support the regional benefits strategy to ensure we offer the best Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at the best possible cost, • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows, from data modeling to scaling internal communications.
