Clinical Aid / Support Staff (Evenings & Weekends)
Location: Vélez-Málaga, Spain
Hours: Evening & weekend shifts (part-time or full-time)
Start Date: To be agreed
Must have a valid driving licence

Camino Recovery is a small, family-run residential treatment centre specialising in trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Clinical Aid/Support Staff member to join our team.

About the Role
You will play a key part in supporting our clients during evenings and weekends. Duties include:

Providing person-centred support and maintaining a safe, calm environment

Facilitating evening recovery or community groups

Assisting with admissions, inventories, and daily living tasks

Administering medication (training provided)

Supporting treatment plans and encouraging client progress

Completing record-keeping, handovers, and general household upkeep

Accompanying clients to meetings, gym sessions, and outings

Occasional sleep-in shifts (meal provided)

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and a caring, non-judgemental approach

Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations

Reliability, professionalism, and emotional resilience

Clean driving licence (essential)

Flexibility to work a range of shifts

Experience in mental health, addiction, care work, or counselling is an advantage but not essential

Medication management training is beneficial (or willingness to complete)
