I am looking for a chef in a beautiful restaurant in Marbella, Spain featuring steady employment, the opportunity to learn and innovate, and to be a part of something exciting.
Our focus is on using local, fresh ingredients to create unique dishes all from scratch. Some examples include:
-Cheese
-Cured meats
-Fermentations
-Kombucha
-Dry aged meats
Looking for a chef with good culinary experience, positive attitude, and willing to work in a highly challenging yet rewarding work environment.

It is important for me for my chefs to know where food comes from and respect the product.
Above all we value teamwork, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic. Experience in fine dining is great, Michelin star is a plus.
Also willing to overlook professional experience for the right attitude.
