A non-profit organization is seeking a dedicated Cook for a holiday house (Casa de Colònies) located in Binicanella, Bunyola. In this full-time position on a fixed-discontinuous 2-month contract, you will manage meal preparation for groups and ensure seamless kitchen operations in a beautiful island setting. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPreparing and cooking menus for groups of 60 to 70 guests. /liliEnsuring strict adherence to scheduled meal service times. /liliMaintaining complete cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen. /liliOrganizing tasks for kitchen helpers and cleaning personnel. /liliMonitoring safety and hygiene guidelines, maintaining daily food safety records, temperature controls, food traceability, and allergy protocols. /li /ulh3What you need to bring /h3ulliMinimum of 12 months of kitchen experience, specifically preparing volume meals for 60-70 diners. /liliSecondary education diploma (ESO or equivalent). /liliSpanish language skills at B2 level or higher. /liliHACCP (APPCC) training or solid knowledge regarding food contamination, food safety, and allergen control. /liliValid Class B driving license (having your own vehicle is recommended due to the location). /liliNegative certificate of sexual offenses. /li /ulh3What is offered /h3ulliGross annual salary of €17,094. /liliFixed-discontinuous full-time contract for a duration of 2 months. /liliFlexible working hours from Monday to Sunday with two days off per week. /liliIntensive or split shifts depending on house occupancy (morning shifts approx. 7:30 to 15:00, or afternoon shifts approx. 15:00 to 22:30). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
