En Mas de Torrent 5*, estamos seleccionando a un/a Cocinero/a responsable de organizar las estaciones de trabajo con todos los ingredientes y equipos de cocina, prepare los platos según los protocolos del chef y desarrolle sus habilidades junto al resto del equipo.
RESPONSABILIDADES
Sus principales responsabilidades serán:
Preparación de los ingredientes y utensilios para cocinar.
Garantizar una excelente presentación de los platos según los protocolos del chef y del menú.
Mantener un entorno higiénico y ordenado en la cocina.
Asegurarse de que toda la comida y otros productos estén almacenados de forma adecuada.
Comprobar la calidad de los ingredientes.
Control de existencias y realización de pedidos.
