Assistant Intern to the Restaurant Owner for the New Seafood and Champagne Bar in Marbella. The Fisheman’s Daughter is a new and vibrant restaurant focused on delivering high-quality dining experiences with a focus on Seafood and Champagne. As we are in the early stages of growth, we are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Intern to support the restaurant owner in daily operations and contribute to the restaurant’s success. Position Overview: The Assistant Intern will work closely with the owner of a new and exciting restaurant. This role offers hands-on experience in restaurant operations, management, and hospitality. You will support the owner in various daily tasks, from administrative duties, marketing to helping manage the floor and staff. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, creative, organized, and passionate about the restaurant industry. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Assist the owner with scheduling meetings, responding to emails, managing reservations, and organizing files. Operations: Help coordinate daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, vendor communications, and staff scheduling. Event Planning: Assist in organizing restaurant events, promotions, and special occasions. Marketing & Social Media: Collaborate with the owner on social media strategies, create content, and engage with followers. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Financial Assistance: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses, preparing invoices, and managing receipts. Research & Development: Conduct research on food trends, competition, and new opportunities to enhance restaurant offerings. Other Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the owner, including errands, supply runs, and general support.
