Sí, tú, que disfrutas estando entre planchas y cuchillos y no te importa ponerte manos a la obra para sacar las mejores burgers. En Cult Burger estamos buscando un nuevo miembro para el equipo de cocina.

Somos una hamburguesería joven, divertida, con alma irlandesa-española-argentina, situada en Benalmádena. Nuestro local es pequeño pero cañero, con servicio en sala y delivery, y cada día trabajamos para dar la mejor experiencia burger de la zona.

🧾 ¿Qué harás en el día a día?

Preparar y cocinar hamburguesas (don’t worry, te enseñamos nuestro estilo)
Apoyar al chef principal en la preparación y organización de la cocina
Ayudar con tareas básicas de mise en place y limpieza
Colaborar en que todo fluya bien en los servicios de comida y cena


🎯 ¿Qué buscamos?

Ganas de trabajar y buena actitud (¡lo más importante!)
No pedimos experiencia, aunque si la tienes es un plus
Disponibilidad para trabajar 25 horas semanales, con miércoles y jueves libres y posiblidad de ampliar horarios en el futuro.
Servicios: lunes y martes turno de cenas; viernes a domingo, comida y cena
Español nativo y algo de inglés es un plus, dado el público local y turístico

Yes, you – the one who’s at home around a grill, happy to chop, flip, and get stuck in to make the best burgers in town. Cult Burger is looking for a new kitchen teammate to help us keep raising the bar.

We’re a young, fun Irish-Spanish-Argentinian burger joint based in Benalmádena. Small but mighty, with a buzzing vibe, a mix of eat-in and delivery, and a mission to serve the best burgers on the coast.

🧾 What you’ll be doing:

Cooking and preparing burgers (don’t worry, we’ll show you our style)
Supporting the head chef with prep and kitchen tasks
Helping with mise en place, restocking, and keeping the kitchen organized
Making sure everything runs smoothly during lunch and dinner services


🎯 What we’re looking for:

Most of all, someone with the right attitude and willingness to work
No experience needed – but if you have it, even better!
Availability to work 25 hours per week, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off
Services: Monday & Tuesday dinner only; Friday to Sunday lunch and dinner
Native Spanish, and some English is a plus (our customers are a mix of locals and tourists)
