Bakour La Manga Splash, ubicado en La Manga del Mar Menor (Murcia), es un hotel de 4 estrellas diseñado para vacaciones en familia, con régimen todo incluido, parque acuático y una ubicación privilegiada entre dos mares. 🎯 Tu misión Elaborar, presentar y mantener la calidad de los platos del servicio (buffet y/o carta), asegurando la correcta organización del puesto de trabajo, el cumplimiento de fichas técnicas y de las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. 📋 Funciones principales • Preparación, producción y elaboración de partidas asignadas (calientes, frías, show cooking)., • Montaje, reposición y control de la oferta en los servicios., • Cumplimiento de fichas técnicas, raciones y estándares de presentación., • Control de APPCC, caducidades, trazabilidad y buenas prácticas de manipulación., • Mantenimiento y limpieza del área y del material de cocina., • Recepción, control y almacenamiento de materias primas., • Colaboración con sala para garantizar un servicio fluido y tiempos correctos. ✅ Requisitos • Experiencia previa como Cocinero/a en hoteles o restaurantes., • Conocimientos sólidos de técnicas básicas, cortes, salsas y regeneración., • Manejo de APPCC y normas de seguridad e higiene., • Capacidad de organización, trabajo en equipo y ritmo de servicio., • Compromiso con la calidad, el orden y la limpieza., • Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos y fines de semana. 🎁 Ofrecemos • Incorporación a un proyecto estable y en crecimiento., • Excelente ambiente laboral y equipo comprometido., • Formación continua y oportunidades de desarrollo dentro de la marca Bakour., • Contrato conforme al convenio de hostelería vigente.
