Los candidatos deberán demostrar acreditada y dilatada experiencia en puesto similar y entre sus funciones se encargará de asumir la localización de bienes inmuebles de nuestra cartera por valor superior a un billón de euros en toda Andalucía, preparar y actualizar su documentación registral, catastral, dosieres de presentación e incluso, captar a inversores y clientes finales que deseen adquirir dichos inmuebles. Los candidatos ideales DEBERAN DOMINAR A LA PERFECCIÓN, al menos, el idioma INGLES, pero se valorarán muy especialmente el dominio de idiomas como el ALEMAN, HOLANDES, y especialmente el RUSO y el UCRANIANO.
