About The Role Working with the Laboratory Chemical and Environmental analysis catalogue (Skalar Analytical B.V., P.S. Analytical Ltd., Promochrom and Questron among others), it is a very technical role, where decission making is based mostly on the capabilities and suitability of systems for the required purposes. Indeep knowledge of customers and their operational procedures, specifications and regulation, are a must to solve satisfactorily any sale process. As a technical sales specialist, your role will be to perform specific sales activities in the fields of Chemical and Environmental Analysis Laboratories in Spain, including presentation of the different solutions, negotiation of prices and conditions of provision, supervision of all the sale steps until systems are perfectly installed and customer is satisfied. You will be introducing updated status of negotiations in our CRM, same as reporting regularly to our Sales Manager. In order to cope with the role requisites, you will receive in-house training with our software and systems, same as training at factory, located in various countries of Europe and North America. About Your Responsibilities · Promote solutions to customers in the field of Laboratory Analysis, including visits, on-line presentations, etc… at national level. · Interact with providers at various levels to elaborate the most appropriate configuration to customers. · Advice customers on best solutions to take the most out of the investment. · Creating and developing business relationships internally and externally. · Interact internally with service staff and the administration department to manage after-sales steps. · Bring the sales process to a satisfactory end ensuring customer satisfaction. What Do You Need · Superior Chemistry studies are a must, various levels are considered (formación professional, grado, master). · Background on environmental market is a highly valuable asset. · 2+ years of experience in the sales of technical solutions in the chemistry - analysis sector or related, particularly in selling Capital Goods. · To live in the central part of Spain (Madrid metropolitan area) · High level of Computer skills (Office pack, Teams, etc.). · Ability to form working teams. · Adaptation to new technologies and new products. · Good organizational skills. · Excellent communication skills. · Strong observer and active listener. · Proactivity. · Customer focus. · Fluent English and Spanish in speaking and writing. · B category driver’s license. · Willingness and ability to travel, around 30% of time. · Eventually, international mobility is required for trainings, events, etc.
