Sales & Education Manager|📍Madrid, Paris, or Milan (there are 3 roles available) Are you a field-based beauty sales professional who thrives on being on the road, building relationships, and bringing brands to life in-store? We’re looking for experienced Sales & Education Managers with strong Sephora beauty brand experience to lead field execution across Madrid, Paris, or Milan. These are 3 different opportunities in each city. ✨ The Role This is a high-impact, on-the-ground role where you’ll spend the majority of your time in store visiting 100+ doors educating, motivating, and driving performance through exceptional product storytelling and relationships. You’ll act as a true brand ambassador, working closely with store teams to elevate knowledge, increase sell-through, and ensure our products shine on the shop floor. 🛍️ What You’ll Be Doing • Own field sales & education execution across a large retail territory, • Visit 100+ retail doors, bringing the brand to life through education, training, and in-store support, • Deliver engaging product training to Beauty Advisors and store leadership, • Drive sell-out through relationship building, side-by-side selling, and activations, • Gather market insights, competitor activity, and field feedback, • Support launches, events, and key retail moments, • Travel extensively within territory (this is a true field role) 💄 What We’re Looking For • Strong field sales experience within beauty or cosmetics, • Comfortable being on the road most days, visiting multiple doors weekly, • Confident educator with the ability to inspire and influence store teams, • Excellent relationship-builder with store managers and retail partners, • Self-starter who thrives independently in a fast-paced environment, • Passionate about beauty, education, and brand storytelling Location • Paris, Madrid, Milan (3 opportunities) ADVERT DISCLAIMER Research indicates that men will apply to a role when they only meet 50-60% of the descriptions, however, when looking at women and other minority groups, they can look for up to a 99% match in order to apply to a role.
