ph3Corporate Optimization Transport Manager /h3pThe Corporate Optimization Transport Manager will be responsible for designing and developing complex transportation networks (Linehaul and Last Mile distribution Networks) from scratch, as well as redesigning existing networks, using the most advanced tools available on the market. The role will also ensure integration of solutions into business units, guaranteeing adoption, KPI tracking, and actively contributing to the Group's continuous improvement model. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pReporting to the Operational Excellence Director, the key responsibilities include: /pulliDesigning and developing complex transportation networks. /liliSeeking and implementing solutions within the area of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), evaluating and selecting the most advanced route optimisation tools available. /liliImplementing and maintaining route optimisation models using specialised software. /liliDesigning and improving carrier tariff structures. /liliIdentifying optimization opportunities based on data and KPI analysis within existing networks. /liliStandardising transport processes across countries and business units. /liliLeading continuous improvement initiatives in transport operations (Kaizen, A3, etc.). /liliCollaborating with logistics, operations, and executive teams to implement strategic changes to routes. /liliDefining, developing, monitoring and analysing transport KPIs (cost, service, quality, emissions). /liliEnsuring implementation and follow-up of initiatives across countries. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Transport Management and Logistics, or a similar field. /liliWritten and spoken English at C1 level. /liliMinimum 5 years of prior experience in designing and developing complex transportation networks. /liliSolid knowledge of transport processes (LTL, FTL, Express, etc.) and pricing models. /liliAdvanced knowledge of route optimisation software and data analysis tools. /liliExperience with customer quality indicators, KPIs, and sector benchmarking. /liliExperience implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, ...). /liliKnowledge and experience in long‑distance transport, parcel delivery, and courier services. /liliTravelling availability. /li /ulh3Desirable /h3ulliMaster's Degree or Postgraduate Qualification in Supply Chain Management. /liliExperience in management positions within Logistics and Transport companies. /liliBackground in Supply Chain consulting, providing services to multinational clients. /liliKnowledge of transportation regulations and standards. /liliOther languages are desirable. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliProfessional stability. /liliRestaurant card. /liliCanteen card (for consumption in the canteen of the building). /liliWork‑life balance measures: teleworking policy, flexible working hours, intensive working hours on Fridays, Christmas, Easter and summer, extra holidays, etc. /li /ulpWe are a company that offers equality of opportunities and promotes diversity and respect for differences in our company.
