ppWe are seeking a highly skilled bInformation Security GRC Specialist /bto join our team. /p h3Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for cybersecurity governance. /li liImplement and manage cybersecurity processes such us Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, etc. /li liFollow up on security findings and ensure timely remediation actions are implemented. /li liWork closely with European teams to ensure adherence to application security requirements. /li liSupport the documentation and communication of governance processes and security policies. /li liParticipate in regular reviews and updates of security controls and standards. /li liProvide assistance to the regional ISO in compliance monitoring, risk management, and reporting efforts. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security risks and recommend improvements. /li liStay up-to-date with cybersecurity trends and best practices to contribute to the ongoing improvement of security governance. /li /ul h3Qualification /h3 pEducation /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field of study. /li /ul h3Languages: /h3 ul liGerman knowledge is desirable /li /ul h3Requirements and Experience /h3 h3Key Skills Qualifications: /h3 ul li6+ years of experience in CyberSecurity /li liBachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. /li liKnowledge of information security standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent communication and project management skills. /li liFluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus. /li liProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable. /li /ul h3Personal competences: /h3 ul liIn addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate should possess a set of vital soft skills for the role, including agility to swiftly adapt to evolving situations, a strong sense of empowerment, fostering trust and inspiration, a co-creative mindset that thrives on collaborative innovation, a relentless drive to excel and achieve success, unwavering customer orientation aimed at continually delighting our clients, a deep-rooted sense of purpose, a pioneering spirit that embraces innovation, and a commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of Cybersecurity industry advancements.
