We are currently looking for a coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our UK-based engineers.


The core responsibilities of this role include:


  • Scheduling planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
  • Coordinating quoted works, ensuring both labor and materials are available.
  • Maintaining and developing our task management software (training provided).
  • Handling reactive callout requests from clients in accordance with SLAs.

The ideal candidate will be a team player capable of working with minimal supervision after an initial qualifying period. Essential requirements include excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with CRM and TMS systems. Fluent spoken and written English is required.


The role will initially be based in our office in either Sant Pere de Ribes or Vilanova. Following the initial period, a hybrid schedule with some remote work and set office days can be discussed.
