We are looking for a Coordinator to join our school in Palma de Mallorca.
If you have experience as a coordinator or teacher in Kids&Us, you could be the person we are looking for!
As a Coordinator and English Teacher you will be responsible for:
- Follow up and guiding your teachers in class preparation, student evaluation and other events.
- Carrying out follow-up of the students (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
- Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
- Constant training to ensure excellence in your work.
- Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
- Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
- Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
- Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
What skills and attitudes are we looking for?
- You have an Advanced or Proficiency level of English (C1).
- You have previous experience at Kids&Us as a coordinator/teacher.
- You love being in contact with children and teenagers, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and seeing how they learn.
- You are a person with good communication and organizational skills.
- You like to learn new things every day.
