Take a look at this opportunity 👇 We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (Salesforce) to join an international team working for a leading client in the automotive sector. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based systems used worldwide. What you’ll do • Diagnose and resolve Salesforce incidents (L2/L3), ensuring system reliability and data integrity., • Support the evolution of Salesforce applications, including customization, configuration, and functional enhancements., • Identify recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities across the Salesforce ecosystem., • Collaborate closely with global teams, business stakeholders, and end users., • Share knowledge and contribute to building an efficient, high-performing support environment. What we’re looking for • 2+ years of experience in IT consulting or technical support., • Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce, beyond basic user support (configuration, customization, troubleshooting)., • Understanding of Salesforce data model, integrations, and workflows., • Experience with databases (Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL)., • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, or cloud environments (AWS preferred)., • Strong analytical and communication skills., • Comfortable working in multicultural, distributed teams., • Fluent English (C1). ❗ Important This role is not focused on Salesforce consulting, marketing or purely functional roles.
