We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Order Management and Logistics Coordinator with experience in customer support and logistics. You'll be managing order processing and coordinating stock movement between our warehouses and customers.

- Collaborate with the operations team to process orders, address customer inquiries, and coordinate shipments.
- Organize deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage stock transfers between warehouses in the UK, France, and the US.
- Track stock movements and prepare reports using SAP.
- Handle invoices, credit notes, and shipment logistics, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Resolve shipment or inventory issues and maintain data accuracy.
** Requirements:**
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Experience in customer service, logistics, and SAP.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
