Customer Services / Laundry Shop Worker - Espanol Reality Services SL

We are looking to add to our current team and need a person with launguage skills, a positive attitude and a great approach to Problem Solving. The minimum requirement for languages is fluent English and Spanish other languages will be a plus but not essential.
The main aspects of the role are -
Reply in written form via apps in Eng Spn to guests arriving to our apartments
Reply to all Calls in Eng Spn from guests arriving to our apartments
Speak in Eng Spn to our clients coming into our laundry Shop
Process daily laundry requirements for our clients in the Laundry Shop - Loading/unloading machines,folding and putting stock away, collecting stock making up Laundry bags for clients.
Arrange cleaners to go each day to the apartments that require cleaning record their time spent
Each day check online to see what our Commercial clients will require the following day, record that data.
Produce various monthly reports in excel
Perform various daily functions in our laundry shop such as ensuring al is clean and oragnised,empty coins from machines etc.
Produce monthly invoices for our commercial clients
