Location: Barcelona, Spain Your Role As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding support to customers by responding to both technical and administrative inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You will assist customers with the installation and setup of payment terminals and online solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to building lasting customer relationships. Dutch or Flemish Customer Service Agent – Barcelona Location: Barcelona, Spain Languages: Dutch or Flemish + English Start date: 19.05.2025 Your role For one of the biggest Energy suppliers in Belgium, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks either Flemish or Dutch with English. In this job you will help private and commercial clients with questions or problems through phone or email. These questions relate, among other things, to changes to customer data, contracts and inquiries about invoices. Previous customer contact experience is not required but is appreciated. You must live in Barcelona or be willing to relocate in the short term.
