In order to support the scaling and improvement of our operations, we are looking for a Process Improvement Engineer. Responsibilities • Optimize manufacturing and administrative processes in recycling operations, applying continuous improvement methodologies (Lean) to reduce costs and enhance sustainability., • Improve management systems by designing dashboards, KPIs, and facilitating operational meetings., • Document and standardize best practices, developing SOPs, operational training materials, and technical documents., • Analyze and optimize the supply chain, managing stock levels, production triggers, and logistics flows., • Coordinate improvement projects with multidisciplinary teams, including audits and data analysis (OEE, cycle time, recycling rates)., • Undertake interim management roles in operations management as needed. Minimum Qualifications • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience., • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operational improvement, operations execution, or operations management, preferably in recycling, manufacturing, or related industries., • Fluent (C1 or equivalent) in French, English, and Spanish, both written and spoken., • Availability to travel 60-80% of the time., • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (advanced Excel). Preferred Qualifications • Experience in operations coordination, production planning, or supply chain management., • Experience leading teams or as a junior operations consultant., • Wide knowledge of Lean methodologies or PMP certification., • Knowledge of sustainability and recycling processes (ISO 14001, circular economy)., • Familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
