Role Overview We are seeking a Europe Sales Operations Manager to help us design and implement the backbone of our commercial execution. You’ll play a foundational role in defining the tools, processes, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer journey — from order to delivery. As part of the founding commercial team, you will help build our sales operations from scratch and scale them across multiple countries. The Europe Sales Operations Manager reports directly to the Commercial Director within the agile and flat organization of LIUX Key Responsibilities - Design and manage sales operations processes across all customer touchpoints - Lead the demand planning function and processes in the company as a key strategic cross-functional role for the whole company - Manage forecasts, inventory planning in coordination with our factory and supply teams. - Develop and execute vehicle delivery and handover logistics across markets - Implement and maintain sales operation tools, reporting and performance dashboards supporting the development of our IT internal platform - Maintain constant cooperation with distributors and retail partners in teamwork approach to ensure the best flow of the wholesales operations As a team in constant growth, this function has the potential to grow additionally in many areas, for example: - Develop and manage product and pricing strategy and commercial offer in general - Develop and directly manage sales programs and activities together with distributors and retailers Who You Are - Strategic and hands-on, with a passion for building from zero - Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change - Strong attention to detail and process thinking - Collaborative and able to align cross-functional teams - Passionate about sustainability and the future of mobility What You Bring - 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or Supply Chain, preferably in the mobility, automotive, or consumer tech sectors - Experience with ERP and sales performance tools - Experience with logistics and delivery operations for physical products - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages a plus)
