Releases at least weekly are normal, • Hook up data: Integrate and transform large datasets from internal systems to power product features and insights. This includes working with data conversion and integration to ensure seamless flow, • Automate delivery: Set up automated workflows to take data from the lab to graphs on the customer’s screen with minimal manual effort, • Make it usable: Sweat UX details; simplify flows; remove friction; with tight feedback loops, • Own quality pragmatically: Tests where they matter, feature flags, and basic observability—no heavyweight ceremony, • Lightweight leadership: Code reviews that unblock and mentorship that accelerates.
