This position is much more than an admissions role: it is a strategic, relationship-driven position that sits at the heart of the school's growth and reputation. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the school, ensuring prospective families experience an outstanding admissions journey while contributing directly to enrolment and retention objectives. /p h3Admissions Student Recruitment /h3 ul liLead and manage the full admissions journey, from initial enquiry through to enrolment and onboarding. /li liAct as the main point of contact for prospective families, delivering a highly personalized and professional experience. /li liBuild strong relationships with families and guide them through the decision-making process with confidence and empathy. /li liConduct school tours, admissions interviews and information sessions, effectively communicating the school's educational offering and unique value proposition. /li liCoordinate admissions assessments and collaborate closely with academic leaders and senior management throughout the admissions process. /li liDevelop and execute effective follow-up strategies to maximise conversion rates and achieve enrolment targets. /li liMonitor admissions data, reporting and pipeline management through the school's CRM system. /li liSupport retention initiatives and contribute to ensuring a positive experience for both prospective and current families. /li liRepresent the school at admissions events, education fairs and networking opportunities. /li /ul h3Marketing Community Engagement /h3 ul liCollaborate with the Marketing team to execute recruitment and brand-awareness initiatives. /li liSupport the planning and delivery of Open Days, information sessions, community events and promotional activities. /li liContribute to strengthening the school's presence within both the local and international communities. /li liIdentify opportunities to enhance the school's visibility and attract new families. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, International Relations or a related field. /li liMinimum 2-3 years of experience in Admissions, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Client Relationship Management or a similar customer-facing role. /li liNative or bilingual level of Catalan and Spanish. /li liEnglish level C1 minimum (written and spoken). /li liAdditional languages will be highly valued. /li liStrong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to convert enquiries into enrolments. /li liProven experience managing customer journeys from initial contact through to successful conversion and retention. /li liExcellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. /li liAbility to build trust and establish long-term relationships with prospective and current families. /li liStrong customer service orientation combined with a results-driven approach. /li liDemonstrated ability to balance relationship building with the achievement of recruitment and enrolment targets. /li liHigh level of autonomy, ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage priorities independently. /li liStrong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail. /li liProactive, resilient and solution-oriented mindset. /li liConfidence working within a multilingual and international environment. /li liPrevious experience within international schools, private education, hospitality, premium services or similar sectors will be highly valued. /li liGenuine interest in education and commitment to supporting families throughout one of the most important decisions in their children's educational journey. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract. /li liFull-time position. /li liCompetitive salary package. /li liMeals included in the school cafeteria. /li liProfessional development opportunities within the Globeducate network. /li liInternational, collaborative and dynamic working environment. /li liOpportunity to join one of the leading international schools in Catalonia and play a key role in its continued growth. /li /ul pWe are committed to creating an inclusive and fair work environment.
