Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the beach club, ensuring smooth service
Manage, train, and motivate staff to maintain excellent customer service standards
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain inventory and oversee ordering of supplies
Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback
Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
Manage scheduling and payroll for the staff
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a manager in the hospitality or restaurant industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once
Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
